    Front office /Guest Relations Supervisor

     Control of all Guest allocations, special functions e.g. wedding arrangements and Resort daily operations as the Front Manager.  Oversee all Front office operations, accounting, customer satisfaction and emergency procedures among others.  Attend to all Guest complains, recommendations & requirements.  Departmental Employee relations coordinator.  Arrangement and implementation of day to day departmental staff duty roster staff annual Leaves and service delivery.  Coordination of all internal operations and events taking place within the hotel .i.e. from the arrival of the guests ,their booking status, preferences, special requirements to the end of the guests’ stay.  Coordination and implementation of all indoor and Outdoor Events e.g. Weddings, theme Nights and related costs.Day to day coordination of all Hotel operation, Booking, Functions,costs, implementation and service delivery within the Hotel.
