Job Description

Job R&R:

  • Engage with customers through chat platforms to assist with their inquiries and concerns
  • Provide prompt and friendly responses to incoming chat messages.
  • Offer product recommendations and information based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Collaborate with team members to address complex customer inquiries and escalate when necessary.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and product updates to better assist customers during chat conversations.

  5. Proficient in prioritization and multitasking.

  7. Fluency in English (Hindi is a plus but not necessary)

Qualification:

We require personnel who have completed a minimum of a bachelor’s degree. Individuals who are currently pursuing their degree are also welcome to apply.
