Job Description

Hiring experienced Procurement Manager / Supply Chain Manager with 15–18 years of experience in the maize sector and material management. Immediate joining. Salary: USD 2,800 – USD 3,000/month. MBA or Diploma in Materials Management preferred. Strong English communication required. Local language is a plus.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Procurement Manager / Supply Chain Manager to join our team in the maize industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of material management, procurement processes, and logistics related specifically to agricultural commodities—especially maize. The ideal candidate will have 15–18 years of relevant experience and a strong ability to work under pressure while managing complex supply chains and vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

  • MBA / Diploma in Material Management / Graduation in a relevant discipline

  • 15–18 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles within the agriculture or maize sector

  • Proven leadership experience as a Procurement Manager or Supply Chain Manager

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of procurement, vendor management, and commodity logistics, especially in maize trading or processing

  • Familiarity with supply chain operations from farm-level sourcing to final delivery

  • Strong ability to work under pressure with dotted-line reporting systems

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

  • Knowledge of the local language is a strong advantage
