Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales or marketing role in professional services, including business consultancy, IT solutions, security services, insurance.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sales and negotiation ability

Market research and analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell the company’s products and services across various sectors

Identify and pursue new market opportunities and leads

Maintain and grow customer relationships

Conduct market and competitor analysis

Coordinate with the marketing team to implement strategic campaigns

Prepare and present sales reports and feedback

Salary & Benefits

Probation Period: 1 to 3 months

Salary During Probation: TZS 300,000 500,000 (based on qualifications and experience)

Post-Probation: Competitive salary and benefits package
