💰 Salary:

Gross Monthly Salary: TZS 800,000

📝 Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to manage HR functions and ensure smooth workforce operations. This position is ideal for candidates with proven HR experience who are ready to take on more responsibility.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes

  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation

  • Assist in preparing payroll and ensuring statutory compliance (NSSF, PAYE, etc.)

  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems

  • Provide support in developing HR policies and procedures

  • Resolve employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment


🎓 Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in an HR role

  • Good understanding of Tanzania Labor Laws and HR practices

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
