Position Summary

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with deep industry knowledge to develop and execute sales strategies for our lubricants product line. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling to both distributor networks and retail channels, with a strong focus on diesel engine oils, hydraulic fluids, and gear oils. This role is critical for expanding our market presence and achieving significant revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned product portfolio (Diesel Engine Oils, Hydraulic Oils, Gear Oils, Greases, etc.).
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing distributors and wholesalers, providing them with support, training, and strategic guidance to drive sell-through.
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the distributor and retail channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key end-users and major accounts (OEMs, large fleets, mining companies, manufacturing plants, etc.).
  • Utilize existing large client resources and industry networks to generate new business and expand market share.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and product development.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop tailored solutions for key accounts.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of direct sales experience in the lubricants, industrial oils, or specialty chemicals industry.
  • Proven, in-depth knowledge of lubricant products, specifically Diesel Engine Oils, Hydraulic Oils, and Gear Oils.
  • Demonstrable experience and a established network within lubricant distributor channels and retail sales.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • A strong portfolio of existing large client resources and industry contacts is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate them into customer benefits.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a strong customer-oriented approach.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
