Job Description
Position: Tax Senior (x1)
Job Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Industry: Accounting & Auditing
Gender: Any
Key responsibilities:
– Conduct tax research and provide guidance on complex tax matters, including planning strategies and compliance issues.
– Ensure all tax engagements are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
– Assist clients with tax audits, notices, and correspondence from tax authorities.
– Identify tax-saving opportunities and provide proactive tax planning recommendations.
– Stay up to date with changes in tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
– Maintain strong client relationships and respond promptly to client inquiries.
What you need:
– Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
– Working experience: Minimum of 2 – 3 years in an auditing firm.
– CPA is an added advantage
What you get:
– Contract period: 1 year (Renewable)
Working Days/Hours:⏱
Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Gross Salary: TZS 1,000,000/- – TZS 2,200,000/-
