Job Description
Position: *Assistant Restaurant Manager (x1)*
Location: Dar es Salaam – Tanzania
Industry: Hospitality

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, quality standards and proper opening/closing procedures.
– Supervise, train, schedule staff while ensuring adherence to company policies and performance standards.
– Maintain high customer satisfaction by monitoring guest experience and resolving complaints professionally.
– Support inventory management, ordering supplies, controlling food and labor costs and minimizing waste.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, support cash handling and sales reporting, and assist in achieving financial targets.
What you need:
– At least 1 year of experience in hospitality operations or supervision.
– Knowledge and ability to comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
What you get:
– Contract period: 6 months after probationary period.
Working Days/Hours:⏱️
Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Saturdays: 08:00 AM – 02:00 PM
* NET Salary: TZS 600,000/-
