Job Description
Position: Audit Senior (x1)
Location: Dar es Salaam – Tanzania
Industry: Accounting & Auditing
Gender: Any
Key Responsibilities:
– Examine financial statements and accounting systems for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting standards.
– Ensure compliance with auditing and ethical standards.
– Manage audit timelines and ensure engagements are delivered on time and within budget.
– Prepare and review working papers and audit documentation in line with firm and regulatory standards.
– Liaise with clients to obtain necessary audit evidence and resolve any audit-related issues.
– Communicate audit findings and issues clearly to clients and managers, both verbally and in written reports.
– Plan and lead audit engagements from start to finish, including risk assessments, audit strategy and execution.
What you need:
– Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
– Working experience: Minimum of 2 – 3 years in an auditing firm.
– CPA is an added advantage
What you get:
– Contract period: 1 year (Renewable)
Working Days/Hours:⏱
Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Gross Salary: TZS 1,000,000/- – TZS 2,200,000/-
