Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily bookkeeping and data entry tasks accurately.

Manage bank reconciliations and ensure all financial records are up to date.

Assist with basic accounting functions.

Operate Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel efficiently.

Maintain records and reports for fuel station operations.
Requirements:

Prior experience at a filling station or similar environment.

Proficient in Tally accounting software and Excel.

Strong data entry and bank reconciliation skills.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Fluent in English and Swahili.
