Job Title: Call Center Agent
Location: Remote (Dar es salaam-based)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about our financial products and services
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and account management
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and customer engagement
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and sales techniques
Requirements:
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary with commission opportunities
- This payment assumes the candidate works an average of 8 hours per day on all working days in a month.
- The payment amount will be calculated based on the hours worked on specific dates.
- Where that base salary calculated by hour (9 hours shift working 8 hours in a day) Monday to Friday 16:00-01:00 Night, Tanzania time. The salary is calculated by salary per hour
