Job Description

Chief Compliance Officer

Detailed Job Description :
1. Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and enforce policies and procedures
that promote ethical behavior and compliance with laws and regulations. Ensure that employees
are aware of and understand these policies through training and communication.
2. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and enforce compliance with policies and procedures
across the organization. This includes ensuring that employees understand their obligations under
these policies and taking appropriate action if policies are violated. Prepare and present
compliance reports to senior management and the director.
3. Investigations and Remediation: Investigate compliance violations, unethical behavior, or
breaches of policies. Take appropriate corrective actions and implement measures to prevent
future occurrences.
4. Data Privacy and Security: Implement measures to protect sensitive information and
prevent data breaches.
5. Policy Documentation and Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of all compliance
policies, procedures, and related documentation. This includes documenting changes, updates,
and approvals, as well as maintaining a repository for easy access and reference.
● Language: Fluent in English

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law or any related field

Working Days/ Hours 8 hrs per day / 6 days a week, except Saturday 5 hrs
