Job Description

Country Manager – for Agriculture/Horticultural Fertilizer Business

1. Skills/ Language Required –

Purpose:

● Bridge between the Customer and RNZ Nutrient solutions in the Agriculture and Horticulture industry. Generating revenue, building a strong client network, and forging strategic partnerships to ensure a sustainable business.

Key Accountabilities:

The key accountability areas include:

1. D riving Revenue Growth.

2. Augmenting customer base.

3. Fostering strategic partnership.

4. Market intelligence.

5. Contract negotiations.

For Agriculture/ Horticulture segment

1. Sales & Marketing experience with an Agriculture/ Science background.

2. Experience in Agricultural fertilizer sales & marketing, is preferable.

3. Must have strong sales and collection skills.

4. E xcellent negotiation, customer engagement and closure skills with basic field promotion knowledge.

5. Agricultural crop production and maintenance experience is an added advantage.

6. Agriculture crop nutrients, pest & disease management skills are the key preferred skills.

7. 15-20 years of Sales & Marketing experience in Agricultural fertilizer industry

8. Self-initiative, aggressive, experience in conducting field trials at end user level, floating effective revenue generating schemes and proactive actions on competition are value added inputs

9. Must achieve sales and collection targets as agreed with management.

10. Must have to handle all Agriculture fertilizer business related responsibilities .
