Job Description

how good are you in terms of the following – Lead Management & Field Activities

Lead Follow-Up
• Contact every new lead within 48 hours of entry into CRM
• Submit a weekly lead status report:
• Who was contacted
• What was discussed
• Investor follow-up notes

Site Events & Investor Visits
• Organize at least 1 on-site visit or investor tour per month
• Ensure timely delivery of investor information packs (brochure, price list, video links)

Digital Content & Social Media

Social Media Management
• Post at least 5 original content pieces per week (photos, reels, stories)
• Weekly:
• 1 customer testimonial or investor review
• 1 detailed apartment feature post (with specs & price)
• Actively manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Content Creation
• Produce 2 video contents per month
(e.g., 1 project overview, 1 client-focused or lifestyle video)
• Submit weekly content calendar every Friday

Must have age less than 27 years

Experince like 1 year.

English excellent

first month 300k then we increase when see the person fit to 500k a month
