Job Description
Location: Dar es Salaam – Tanzania.
Industry: Information Technology.
Gender: Male
Key Responsibilities:
– System Installation and Configuration.
– Maintenance and strong troubleshooting Skills.
– Customer support and training.
– System monitoring and report.
– Technical expertise and collaboration.
What you need:
– Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology,Computer Science or any related field.
– Working experience: Minimum of 2 – 3 years in a field service or technical support role.
– Proficient in queue management systems in both hardware and software.
– Familiarity with database management, system integration and Application programming Interphase.
– Proficient in English.
– Available to travel.

– Contract period: 1 year (Renewable)
Working Days/Hours:⏱
Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Saturdays: 08:00 AM – 02:00 PM
Gross Salary: TZS 800,000/-
