Finance Manager in Real Estate
1. Skills/ Language Required –
1. Finance Manager in Real Estate :● Regularly review actual performance to plan, identify gaps, update forecasts, and recommendations to course correct performance ● Drive financial planning and budgeting process by developing financial models ● Establish performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations ● Manage the preparation of the company’s budget. ● Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained Note : – 3 years of Real Estate working experience |

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field CPA or ACCA is an added advantage
- 3 Years of Real Estate working experience
- Salary per month in USD 1900.
