General Manager :
Job Responsibilities :
● Provide strategic leadership and direction to the company, driving growth and profitability.
● Oversee all aspects of operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and logistics.
● Develop and implement business plans and strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customersand partners.
● Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry  standards.
● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
