Job Description

Location: Dar es Salaam – Tanzania
Industry: Hospitality
Gender: Any

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise front-of-house staff and daily operations.
– Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer concerns.
– Monitor cleanliness and service standards.
– Assist with inventory, purchasing and compliance.
– Maintain accurate records and coordinate with various departments.

What you need:
– Ability to manage and monitor all cash transactions and bank deposits.
– Ability to manage payroll and regulatory compliance.
– Experience in customer facing.

What you get:
– Contract period: 1 year (Renewable)

Working Days/Hours:⏱️
Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Saturdays: 08:00 AM – 02:00 PM

Gross Salary: TZS 800,000/- – TZS 1,000,000/-
