Sales & Marketing Manager : (2 Nos.)

Detailed Job Description :
1. Developing and researching marketing opportunities and sales strategies.
2. Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions.
3. Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information.
4. Prepares and completes marketing action plan.
5. Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
6. Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
7. Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.
8. Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
9. Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
10. Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.
11. Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
12. Travel across the country for business development
Education and Experience Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Marketing & Sales
2. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in a Steel Industry (PEB Structure -General Steel, Structural Steel).
Skills:
1. Ability to present multiple product lines in steel i.e. Structural Steel, PEB, and other steel products.
2. Ability to work under pressure
3. Strong closing skills
4. Proactive and good listener
5. Great English written and verbal communication skills
6. Attention to detail
7. Superior organizational and time management skills
8. High Computer skills
Salary per month : USD 1,000 – USD 1,400
Terms :
1. Contract Period : 2 years (Renewable)
2. Accommodation, Joining Ticket, Return Ticket, Visa: Will be provided by Client
3. Food : Will be managed by candidates
4. Working hours/days : Monday to Friday 08:00 am – 05:00 pm, Saturday 08:00 am 02:00pm
5. Eligible Nationalities : Filipino, Indian, South African, Kenyan
