Job Overview:

Our client, a fast-growing business located in Temeke, Dar es Salaam, is looking to hire two (2) qualified male Procurement and Marketing Officers. This full-time opportunity is ideal for professionals seeking procurement jobs in Dar es Salaam, marketing officer roles in Tanzania, or those with a strong interest in supply chain and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Duties:

  • Identify and negotiate with reliable suppliers to enhance supply chain efficiency

  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services

  • Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records

  • Monitor stock levels and restocking requirements

  • Ensure full compliance with procurement policies and procedures

Marketing Duties:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across field and digital platforms

  • Promote products and services to grow brand awareness in Dar es Salaam and surrounding areas

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales growth

  • Assist in developing marketing materials and promotional strategies

  • Track and evaluate campaign performance using data-driven methods

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in procurement and marketing roles

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

Job Requirements:

  • Gender: Male only

  • Must be located in or willing to work in Temeke, Dar es Salaam

  • Experience in both procurement and supply chain management, and marketing and sales is essential
