Job Description

Sales Operations – Resident Account Developer jobs in Tanzania. Manage accounts, drive sales growth, build client relationships & boost revenue

PURPOSE: To merchandise outlets as per Picture of Success in all selected outlets, maintain Third party daily sales operations together with Retail development in both Vertical and HorizontalSales Growth

SPECIFICATIONS:
Eduaction: Ideal TZ Form 6 qualification and Above
Min Req  experience in Merchandising
Experience: Work Previous experience in a FMCG Company (shelf-packer/merchandising company) 1.5+ years
Specific
Remunation: Salary 500,000/= as a Take home
Incentive Fixed rate p[er case based on Target Achievement not less than 90% of monthly Sales Target
Product Knowledge – how to pack the product / how many units in a case / category of the product / product price / product shelf-life
Merchandising Skills – refilling coolers as per cooler sets / counting stock / stock rotation / block-branding / store-room management
Cooler Pattern – Picture of Success by channel by store
Customer Service – basic customer service training
Trade Maths – calculating the order / understand the profit story
Specific Skills: Technical Basic Value Chain: Understand internal value chain of what can and can’t be done with timelines
Basic Selling Skills – must be able to conduct these activities as it is common to fill in for the sales representative when on leave
Planned Call for the Merchandiser – follow daily planned call routine
Company Routines and Procedures – Cooler repairs requests / Trade replacements Policy/ vehicle policy
Personal Characteristics: Good Professional Image – must be dressed appropriately as per the Company Policy
Disciplined – must be able to stick to routines
Creative and Innovative – must be able to build “stand-out” displays / this person will need to identify opportunities and act on them
Energetic – requires physical energy and mental tenacity, must be capable of lifting heavy products in the store-rooms
Problem Solving Skills – must be individually flexible to adjust to the changing needs of the customer
Independence – working on one’s own requires that a person should be a self-starter and requires extra levels of motivation
Cultural Fluency – Knowledge of your target customers
