Sales and Marketing Manager :
Job Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and maximize revenue growth.
-Lead the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships, and closing deals.
-Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
-Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall business goals.
-Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market data, and customer feedback to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners to foster loyalty and support business growth.
