About the Role: Sales Personnel for Truck Spare Parts
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Personnel to join our growing team, focusing on the sale of truck spare parts, particularly for Sinotruk. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with more than one year of experience in spare parts sales, looking to thrive in a results-driven environment with a competitive commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively generate sales of truck spare parts by building and managing relationships with customers, including fleet managers, workshop operators,
and logistics companies.
2. Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients’ needs, offering tailored spare part solutions, and negotiating deals to meet their requirements.
3. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Sinotruk spare parts, as well as parts for other heavy-duty vehicles, ensuring that customers receive accurate information on compatibility, quality, and performance.
4. Meet or exceed sales targets by developing effective sales strategies and continuously identifying new business opportunities.
5. Work closely with the inventory team to ensure timely availability of parts, keeping track of stock levels to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
6. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences to adjust sales approaches and stay competitive in the industry.
7.Offer ongoing support to clients post-purchase to maintain long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of one year of sales experience in the automotive or truck spare parts industry, preferably dealing with heavy-duty vehicles like Sinotruk.
2. Proven ability to close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
3. Strong understanding of truck spare parts and their applications, with a focus on Sinotruk.
4. Should know how to speak basic English to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
5. Ability to explain technical information in a clear and persuasive manner.
6. A results-oriented individual who thrives on achieving goals and is comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
7. Ability to collaborate with colleagues, especially in inventory management and customer support.
Salary structure:
The basic salary will depend on your proven capacity to sell.
- If your total monthly sales are less than or equal to 10 million, basic salary will be 500K plus Commission
- If your total monthly sales are between 10million and 20million, basic salary will be 800K plus Commission
- If your total monthly sales are between 20million and 30million, basic salary will be 1.5M plus commission
- If your total monthly sales are greater than 30 million, negotiable basic salary plus commission
