Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a results-driven and experienced Telesales Manager to lead our sales team based in Dar es Salaam. The ideal candidate must be Indian/Tanzania and  fluent in at least one Indian language (such as Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, etc.) or English  and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a telesales or call center management role. You will play a key role in developing sales strategies, driving team performance, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and supervise a team of telesales representatives.

  • Develop and implement effective telesales strategies and campaigns.

  • Monitor daily performance and KPIs, providing regular feedback and coaching.

  • Ensure team meets and exceeds monthly sales targets.

  • Analyze data and prepare performance reports for management.

  • Handle customer queries and resolve escalated issues efficiently.

  • Keep the team updated with product knowledge and promotions.

  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service departments to align goals.

Requirements Telesale Manager:

  • Must be Indian/Tanzanian or fluent in at least one major Indian language.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in telesales,

  • Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage and grow a sales team.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and telesales tools is an added advantage.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments.

 

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Salary Range: TZS 800,000 – 1,000,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time
