Open Positions: Vegetable Worker (Cultivation / Harvesting): (5 Nos.)
About Client : Opening in an international standard organic farm with livestock, diary, vegetables, and fruits. Different varieties of fruits & vegetables including dates, mangos, lemon, banana, exotic fruits, fodder for livestock are grown in the farm in organic mode. Also equipped with a greenhouse, net house, diary, open vegetation etc.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum Qualifications: Secondary school
2. Experience: Min. 3 Yr. to 25 Yrs.
3. Age Criteria: Min. 25 Yrs. to 35 Yrs.
4. Physically fit
Essential Duties:
Role & Responsibility
1. General farm work of plant, cultivate and harvest crops and maintain and repair farm equipment and buildings.
2. General crop workers perform some or all the following duties: Plant, fertilize, cultivate, irrigate, and harvest crops.
3. Ensure you are in a safe working environment and adhere to the Company Health & Safety Policy.
4. Assist Irrigation team if instructed and required.
5. To follow all biosecurity procedures as per farm plan
Key Competencies:
Work Environment:
1. The position requires you to work both inside and in outside conditions, throughout the year.
2. There is a physical aspect to the role requiring at times, lifting and other physical works.
3. The Company will provide the necessary protective equipment and clothing along with Company policy documents and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Vegetable Worker : Basic RO 105 + RO 10.5 (Allowance + OT)
Job Location: Barka (Muscat)
Note :
The following are the general criteria applicable to all positions and kindly shortlist CV’s

1. ECNR status is a must.
2. Especially for farm workers / irrigation workers, work can be physically demanding,
involving activities such as lifting, bending, and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
3. Ready to work long hours in extreme weather conditions. We have experienced some
candidates giving excuses during the summer period.
4. Good physical fitness is a prerequisite and must be free from any medical issues. Kindly ask
specific questions related to their fitness while shortlisting CV’s.
5. The candidate needs to be prepared to work with multiple nationalities.
