Job Title: Sales Executive
Location:Â Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive who is proficient in English to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and marketing, whether they have prior experience or are eager to learn. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should be proactive, goal-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Engagement:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients as needed.
- Lead Generation:
- Research and identify new sales opportunities, including through networking and cold calling.
- Maintain a database of potential and existing customers, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups.
- Performance and Reporting:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports detailing progress and challenges.
- Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and market competition.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Use of Technology:
- Utilize a smartphone for communication, scheduling, and reporting purposes.
- Maintain regular communication with the office and use provided office numbers for professional communication.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English: Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred but not required. Freshers with a willingness to learn quickly are welcome.
- Age: Preferred age range is 20 to 45 years.
- Technology: Must own a smartphone; an office number will be provided for work-related communication.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
